On Wednesday 10th August a group of four Maltese harness drivers shall be travelling to Tallinn Estonia in order to participate in a friendship race together with Estonian drivers. This competition is being held in order to reciprocate the visit by six Estonian drivers back on March 20th as a result of the initiative taken by Malta’s Ambassador for Estonia and Finland Dr Kenneth Vella who also coordinated all the logistics. Dr Vella is also one of the the Board Members of EquestriMalta.

The Maltese drivers chosen by the Malta Racing Club are Eric Bezzina, Mario Farrugia, Dylan Gatt and Chris Vassallo. They will be in action at the Tallinn Racetrack on Saturday 13th August. This encounter is being financed by EquestriMalta and the Maltese contingent will be accompanied by the Malta Racing Club’s representative Paul Gafa’ and EquestriMalta’s CEO Max Zammit.
