This Sunday the Malta Racing Club host one of the most interesting race meetings of the whole 2010 racing season.

The top 44 horses, which went through the first round of Heats on the 28th February last, continue their journey for the “Tazza l-Kbira” Final to be held on the 11th April. The first five will qualify from each of the 4 Quarter Final races, and will progress to the last 20 encounter scheduled for the 28th March.

Together with these four interesting races this Sunday’s race meeting also host the first 2 of a Condition Race tussle between Copper Class horses sponsored by “Dodson and Horrell”.

For Flat racing enthusiast, 7 Thoroughbreds will compete in a unique 2250m race, which should prove to be a battle between some of the top Flat racers in Malta.

The First race starts at 13:30.
